New directions in brain training – Effectiveness, methodology, and application of cognitive interventions

Berlin, Germany

October 11-13, 2012

The aim of this workshop is to bring together experts and young scientists from different fields of psychology and neuroscience to establish, discuss and systematize the state of the art in the field. The workshop will focus on cognitive training and transfer effects of different interventions from cognitive, developmental, clinical, and neuropsychological perspectives.

Additional poster contributions presenting work on brain training from various cognitive, clinical, developmental, etc. angles and view points are highly welcome.

The deadline for registration and abstract submission for poster presentation is August 15, 2012. We explicitly encourage junior scientists (Ph.D students, Post-Docs, “Habilitanden”) to participate and to apply for travel grants that will be awarded by the organizers.
