Call for Submissions
The Call for Submissions is APS’s on-line portal for submitting research to be presented at the APS Annual Convention. Submission types include posters, submitted talks, flash talks, Integrative Science Symposium (ISS), and symposia. All submissions will be presented in-person.

Flash Talk Submission
- Duration: 5 minutes
- Content Requirements: Discuss empirical results, methods and tools, or applications of psychological science.
- Author Limit: 1 first author and 3 co-authors, for a total of 4 authors.
- Structure Guidelines: Include the research question, or originality, methodology, results, and significance/impact.
- Presentation Format: Must be accompanied by slides.
- Objective: Quick presentation of research related to an Integrative Science Symposium at the Annual Convention.

- Duration: 15 minutes (10-12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A)
- Content Requirements: Present empirical research only, with all data collection and analysis completed.

In 2025, the APS Annual Convention and ICPS merged. The new APS Annual Convention features both the APS Annual Convention and ICPS and rotates to locations outside of the US every 3 years, the first year being 2026.
