Invitation Letter Request

Thank you for your interest in requesting an invitation letter to attend the 2026 APS Annual Convention.

Please note, to request a letter of invitation, you must be registered for the Convention with no outstanding balance. In addition, APS will only accept invitation letter requests until 6 May 2026, at 5:00 PM ET (21:00 UTC).

Please fill out the form below so we may collect the information necessary to provide you with a letter of invitation. Please note that it may take up to 1 week for the letter of invitation to be processed and emailed to you.
