How much is Student Travel Assistance?
$250 plus complimentary Convention registration.

Am I required to volunteer as part of Student Travel Assistance?
Yes, to receive Student Travel Assistance you’ll be required to volunteer for 1 six-hour onsite shift.

When will I be able to apply for Student Travel Assistance?
For 2024, financial assistance applications open in November 2023 and close January 10, 2024. This is a firm deadline. No late applications will be accepted.

Can I confirm whether you received my application?
You’ll receive a confirmation email upon completion of the form.

Can I apply to volunteer without applying for Student Travel Assistance?
No. Volunteer shifts are reserved for Student Travel Assistance recipients.

When will decisions go out?
Decisions will go out in Mid-February.

Should I register for the Convention before receiving notification of Student Travel Assistance?
Please do not register until you find out whether you have received travel assistance. You will receive notification before the early-bird deadline.

What do the volunteer positions entail?
Volunteer duties typically include working at the registration desk, providing directions to attendees, or completing room counts for various Convention events.
