Please Complete the Following Items Before the Global Summit: 

✅ Confirm Your Participation 

All Submission Review Decisions and Roundtable Session Scheduling Notifications have been sent. Please check your Spam Folder if you have not recieved yours.

Use the personalized link in your acceptance notification to confirm your participation in the Speaker Center by September 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET (21:00 UTC).

✅ Register for the Global Summit 

All presenters must register and pay the appropriate registration fee to participate in the event and access the APS Global Summit Event Platform. 

  • Early-Bird Deadline: September 17, 2025, 5:00 PM EDT (21:00 UTC) 
  • Final Registration Deadline: Thursday, October 23, 2025, 2:00 PM EDT (18:00 UTC)

✅ Join or Renew APS Membership 

APS membership is not required to present, but APS members receive discounted registration and other professional benefits. Visit the APS Members webpage to learn more. 

✅ Prepare Your Presentation Materials 

Presentation Instructions and Poster Upload Links Have Been Sent. Please Check Your Spam Folder.

Please follow the below instructions before creating your Poster and/or Roundtable Presentation.

More detailed instructions will be sent to both poster and roundtable presenters in the coming months.

Poster Presenters 

  • Posters are not presented live or scheduled. To support global participation, all posters will be available on-demand throughout the event days.
  • Include tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text. 
  • Display in landscape, ideally 36 x 48 in (91.44 cm x 121.92 cm, 914.40 x 1219.20 mm) with clear, screen-readable visuals.
  • In one of the following formats: 
    • JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, .SVG, .PDF, .DOCX, .XLSX, .PPTX, or .JSON – all max 100 MB. 
  • You may also include a PowerPoint version or a YouTube video walkthrough of your poster presentation. 

Poster upload instructions and upload links have been sent as of September 30, 2025 from [email protected]. If you haven’t received the emails, please check your spam folder. For any questions about poster uploads, please contact [email protected].

Presenters must upload their posters to the 2025 Global Summit Online Platform by Friday, October 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT (21:00 UTC). Please visit the Poster Creation and Upload Instructions and Poster Rules and Guidelines webpages for further information. 

Video Roundtable Session Presenters 

  • Roundtables have been scheduled according to the preferences noted at the time of submission.
  • Prepare a 5–7 minute overview of your research. 
  • Be ready to lead a live discussion with up to 25 attendees. 
  • You may share your screen for slides or visuals.

✅ Review the APS Code of Conduct 

All participants are expected to follow the APS Code of Conduct. 

✅ Explore the Program & Schedule
