Registration Discounts

Early-Bird Discount  
Register before Wednesday, September 17, 2025, 5:00 PM EDT (21:00 UTC) and save with early-bird rates. Regular registration rates are available until October 23, 2025.

APS Member Discount  
Current APS membership is required to be eligible for member rates. You can join or renew your membership while you register for the Global Summit.   

*Reduced Rates for APS Members in LMIC
Reduced registration rates are available to all APS members living in countries defined as low and lower-middle income by the World Bank. These rates are automatically applied during the registration process. If you are not already an APS member, reduced membership dues rates are available to scientists in countries defined as low and lower-middle income. These are automatically applied during the membership join process.  See the Low- and Lower-Middle-Income Country Membership Rates webpage for more information.

Groups Attending the Global Summit 
APS does not offer discounted registration rates for groups for the Global Summit.  

Code of Conduct  
APS is committed to science being conducted, discussed, presented, and published in ways that promote the lively and productive exchange of ideas. To demonstrate this commitment, APS expects all attendees to conduct themselves professionally and, out of respect for others and for the spirit of our gathering, refrain from actions or speech that could reasonably be construed as harassing or personally disparaging. Please see the full APS Code of Conduct for Conventions & Events here. 

Accessibility/Accommodations

Guest Policy  
There is no guest registration for the APS Global Psychological Science Summit.  

Cancellations & Refund Requests  
No refunds will be offered for the APS Global Psychological Science Summit, and no substitutions will be accepted.

Access to the APS Global Psychological Science Summit is strictly limited to the registered individual. Sharing your event credentials or event content is prohibited.    

Participation Assistance  
APS is pleased to offer Participation Assistance to defray costs for APS members participating in the Global Psychological Science Summit. Recipients receive a 35% discount off their designated member registration rate. The deadline to apply has passed. Applications were due by July 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT (21:00 UTC).
