Poster and roundtable submissions can be submitted at any time during the open call and are reviewed by the Planning Committee after the deadline of Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM EDT (21:00 UTC).

Subject areas must be identified to match each proposal with the best-suited reviewer. At least one subject area must be selected. The submitter should choose the best one for the submission, even if there is not a perfect match.
Keywords are used only for poster submissions. You should select the best keyword for your presentation. If no keyword fits your presentation, please select “Other.”

Posters may have 1 first author and up to 14 co-authors, for a total of 15 authors.
Each roundtable submission session will have 1 organizer and 1 co-presenter, for a total of 2 presenters listed. In the live roundtable session attendees will join the organizer and co-presenter for the discussion. Attendees are not listed on the submission.

The submission site allows you to establish the order by assigning a number to each author or presenter. The order that you assign to the authors will be used in the program.

An Abstract is a brief, 50-word high level overview of the research to be presented. If your submission is accepted, the abstract will be displayed in the Global Summit program and virtual platform.
The supporting summary should provide a brief overview of the work completed and include a few sentences covering each of the following: the background/theory tested, the methods used, a summary of the major findings, and the implications for the work on the field as a whole. Supporting summaries should be a maximum of 500 words. The supporting summary will be reviewed by the Planning Committee but will not be included in the program.

Poster presentations will not be scheduled or presented live, but rather available for attendees and fellow presenters to view and engage within the online platform. Poster presenters will upload a PDF poster image to the online platform and may also include relevant websites and/or a YouTube video of the poster presentation.
Roundtable session: The entire session will be scheduled for 45-minutes. Presenters should plan for a short presentation accompanied by slides (5-7 minutes), followed by a discussion with attendees.
