Please do not use your Impexium or Confex Submission Portal Speaker Center log in credentials.
- Please click the button above to log in to the 2025 APS Global Summit Event Platform.
- Enter the email associated with your APS profile.
- Enter your password for the event platform. Note this password is separate from your APS profile.
- New Users: You will be prompted to create a password for the event platform.
- Returning Users: Enter your existing password. If you don’t know your password, please use the “Forgot your password?” option to reset your password.
- Click “Log In” or “Sign Up”.

Poster: Poster presentations will not be scheduled or presented live, but rather available for attendees and fellow presenters to view and engage within the online platform. Poster presenters will upload a PDF poster image to the online platform and may also include relevant websites and/or a YouTube video of the poster presentation.
Roundtable session: The entire session will be scheduled for 45-minutes. Presenters should plan for a short presentation accompanied by slides (5-7 minutes), followed by a discussion with attendees.

If your poster was accepted for presentation at the 2025 APS Annual Convention but you were unable to present in-person, your poster will be automatically accepted for presentation in the 2025 APS Global Summit.
You must resubmit your poster presentation to the 2025 APS Global Summit Call for Submissions. The submission must be identical to what was submitted and reviewed for the 2025 APS Annual Convention. Within the submission form, you will be asked to include the original submission’s poster title and abstract ID below so we can verify your 2025 APS Annual Convention poster submission status.

We hope to expand the networking and discussion opportunities in future Global Summits.

Post-Global Summit Resources
Please follow the below instructions to access your certificate of attendance. These certificates will be available to all attendees who have paid in full after the Global Summit ends on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Step One: Please log in to the APS website using the email address and password you used to create your profile and purchase registration.
Step Two: Select “My Profile” and proceed to the “Purchases” tab (it is the fourth tab to the right of Overview).
Step Three: Under the “Purchases” tab, click on the “Events” label (it is the sixth one in the selection beginning with Recent Orders). There, you will see in the “Registered Events” section, the event you attended, featuring: “Event Name”, “Your Name”, “The Date You Registered”, “Event Start/End Date”, and a blue button named “Details”.
Step Four: Select “Details” (blue button), and on the next page under “Event Attendees”, you will see a blue button titled ‘Download Certificate’. Click that button, and in the following prompt, press okay and download the certificate.
To obtain a receipt for registration: Open your APS profile and go to the purchase option to view, print, or resend your receipt. After the Global Summit, an online certificate will be available to registered attendees by accessing your APS member profile.
