The Call for Submissions is APS’s on-line portal for submitting research to be presented at the APS Global Psychological Science Summit. Submission types include posters and roundtables. All submissions will be presented virtually.

Posters are scheduled within 50-minute poster sessions and will be available on-demand during the Global Summit. We ask that you are available during your session time so that other Global Summit attendees can use the chat function to ask questions, etc. If your poster proposal is accepted, further instructions regarding virtual presentation proceedings will be provided.
Roundtable session presenters should plan for a short presentation accompanied by slides (5-7 minutes), followed by a discussion with attendees. The entire session will be scheduled for 50 minutes.

Submissions for the 2024 APS Annual Convention will not automatically be reviewed for the APS Global Psychological Science Summit If your poster was accepted but you could not attend the May 2024 convention, e.g., because of an emergency or visa issues, you will need to resubmit if you want to present your poster at the APS Global Psychological Science Summit.

Starting in 2025, the APS Annual Convention and ICPS will merge. The new APS Annual Convention, which will have features of both the APS Annual Convention and ICPS, will rotate to locations outside of the US every 3 years, the first year being 2026.
