Welcome to the 2026 APS Annual Convention Scavenger Hunt Game!
Here’s your guide to participating, earning points, and competing for amazing prizes:
Step 1: Log In or Create An Account
To play the game, click Sign In in the left-hand navigation menu and enter your email address. If you’re new to the Mobile App or the Online Program, you will be prompted to create a free account. If you’ve signed in before, you will be asked to enter your password.
Next, click “Scavenger Hunt” from the left-hand navigation menu to start playing!
Step 2: Visit Convention Events and Exhibitor Booths
Explore 2026 APS Annual Convention events and Exhibitor booths to uncover hidden passcodes. Passcodes will be listed somewhere at the booth or event, or the Exhibitor representative might have the code for you.
Step 3: Enter Codes and Earn Badges
Enter the codes you find into the app’s Scavenger Hunt page to earn points and badges. Rack up as many points as possible by collecting codes from multiple events and booths.
- Enter a Code – Answer the question or complete the task to get the code and earn this badge.
- MeetingAppFavorites – Complete the task by saving or favoriting items within the app to earn this badge. Add sessions to your schedule, favorite sessions you plan to attend, or save exhibitors to your list. Badges and points are automatically applied to your totals.
- Honor Code Badges – Complete the task and enter the code in the description to earn the badge. These are honor code badges, so best behavior everyone!
Track your progress on the Points and Badges bars, listed before all tasks.
Step 4: Check the Leaderboard
Click the Leaderboard tab on the Scavenger Hunt page to see how you stack up against other attendees. Keep climbing to the top for a chance to win!
Step 5: Prizes and Recognition
APS will randomly select the top 3 winners from those with the highest points.
- The top prize is complimentary registration and three nights at an APS-selected hotel for the 2027 APS Annual Convention, occuring in Seattle, Washington, USA.
- The two runners-up will receive complimentary registration to the 2027 APS Annual Convention.
Winners will be announced on Saturday, 30 May 2026 via a push notification and a post on the Social Wall in the 2026 APS Annual Convention App.
