Keyword: PsychopathologyAbstract: Approximately 25% of health care workers enrolled in an online psychotherapy program screened positive for dissociative symptoms and also reported higher symptom severity across multiple domains, including depression and suicidal ideation. Findings underscore the clinical relevance of dissociation and support its routine screening in digital mental health care.
