Exploring the Impact of Playback Theatre on Korean Immigrant Older Adults’ Well-Being

Keyword: AgingAbstract: This mixed-methods study evaluated Playback Theatre as a culturally responsive intervention for older Korean immigrants. Six participants attended a six-week program. While quantitative results were not statistically significant, effect sizes and regression analyses suggested reduced loneliness and distress. Findings support Playback Theatre’s potential to enhance emotional well-being and social connection.
