Posters
Keyword: LinguisticsAbstract: This study uses EEG to examine how Mandarin Chinese classifiers influence sentence comprehension. We test whether these grammatical markers shape expectations about upcoming nouns by analyzing brain responses to congruent and incongruent classifier-noun pairs. Findings will shed light on how meaning-rich grammar guides prediction in real-time language processing.
