The Combined Effect of Individual and Organizational Gratitude on Workplace Outcomes

Keyword: Workplace DiversityAbstract: This study examined whether organizational gratitude moderates individual gratitude's relationship with workplace outcomes among 303 employees. Both gratitude forms work independently to predict job satisfaction, organizational commitment, citizenship behavior, and positive workplace affect. Organizational gratitude showed stronger associations than individual gratitude, with significant gender differences emerging in these relationships.
