Keyword: OtherAbstract: Goal Management Training (GMT), alone and with MUSE neurofeedback (NFB), was evaluated in a randomized trial for PTSD. Eighty participants completed assessments at baseline, post-treatment, and follow-up. GMT+NFB showed the strongest and most sustained improvements in PTSD symptoms, cognition, and functioning, supporting its use as a targeted adjunctive intervention.
