Keyword: EatingAbstract: Disordered eating behaviors are a significant public health concern among Hong Kong young adults. This pilot randomized controlled trial (N=160) evaluates an 8-week group-based Lifestyle Medicine intervention versus care-as-usual for subclinical disordered eating. Post-treatment qualitative interviews will assess participant experiences and gather feedback for intervention refinement.
