Weight Status and Physical Activity Among College Students: The Role of Weight-Related Information Avoidance

This significant indirect effect suggests that weight-related information avoidance may contribute to less physical activity, particularly among individuals with higher BMI, and could undermine the effectiveness of self-monitoring strategies aimed at increasing physical activity.
