Keyword: Family RelationshipsAbstract: This study piloted a 6-week intervention combining systemic therapy and therapeutic role-playing games for women survivors of domestic violence. Using mixed methods, significant improvements were found in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and well-being. Tools included STAI, CES-D, DTS, and others. Participants expressed strong engagement and desire for continued group therapy.
