Keyword: Personality TraitsAbstract: A community sample of 111 adolescents (89 Females) aged 13 to 20 completed measures of childhood emotional abuse (CEA), borderline personality disorder (BPD) features, dissociation, and mentalizing. BPD features fully mediated the relationship between CEA and dissociation while mentalizing did not moderate the mediation effect of BPD features on dissociation.
