Keyword: Mood DisordersAbstract: This study will evaluate an integrated self-compassion and cognitive restructuring intervention to reduce anxiety and body shape concerns. 100 young women (Mage =21) will participate. It undertakes a mixed method design and includes measures like anxiety, body shape concerns, self-compassion. A significant improvement, supporting the intervention’s efficacy is expected.
