Cross-Cultural Relationships between Hope and Sleep Quality Among University Students in Hong Kong and the United States

Keyword: HopeAbstract: We explored the relationship between hope and sleep quality across cultures, in Hong Kong and U.S. university students. Overall, lower hope was associated with poorer sleep quality. In Hong Kong, depression, anxiety, and stress statistically accounted for this relationship. In the U.S., only depression accounted for this relationship.
