Keyword: Childhood AdversityAbstract: This quasi-experimental study compared reproductive intentions and related factors in women with (n = 98) and without (n = 75) childhood sexual abuse (CSA) histories. While group differences were not significant, reproductive intent was predicted by parenting competence, control, and trauma-related shame. CSA survivors expressed complex reproductive feelings.
