Intel International Science and Engineering Fair Seeks Judges

The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF)  is the world’s largest pre-college science and engineering exhibition, providing an opportunity for the world’s most talented and innovative students to have their work judged by professional scientists and engineers. Intel ISEF is recruiting over 1000 PhD and MD Grand Awards judges for this event to be held in Phoenix, AZ  May 14-15, 2019.

Grand Awards judges are needed in 22 scientific and engineering disciplines.  Judging is the single most important activity of the Intel ISEF for student finalists and, in the words of a recent judge, “Judging was one of the most personally challenging, educational and rewarding experiences I have had in some time.  These are truly amazing people!”  And from another, “I cannot emphasize enough what a fantastic experience this science fair is for students and judges alike.”

The benefits of judging go well beyond interacting with the world’s premier students to gleaning new ideas for research, expanding professional networks, promoting STEM education and the opportunity to attend a special session to interact with Nobel Laureates and other distinguished scientists and engineers.
