Abstract

An asynchronous, online introductory research course across eight disciplines was developed to reduce disparities in research engagement and completion. Impact assessments from Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 showed students achieved learning outcomes, demonstrating effectiveness in building essential research skills. Development strategies and retrospective assessments provide guidance for other institutions.
