Promoting Inclusive STEM Classroom Environments for College Students
We present research that addresses four barriers that can undermine the impact of educators’ practices on students’ experiences and success: 1) misconstruals of psychological theories; 2) discrepancies in instructor- and student-reports; 3) relevance to diverse educational contexts; and 4) uptake of instructional changes that promote equitable outcomes.
