Abstract

Recently, a wider range of individuals has recognized the need for antiracist engagement. Newly engaged persons may experience anxiety leading to retreat from such crucial work. This proposal is for a study to assess the feasibility, acceptability, and efficacy of a CBT adaptation to address anxiety arising from antiracism engagement.
