Abstract
We examined the effects of attitudes toward and engagement with a health-monitoring system on depression in a sample of undergraduates (n = 13) over a 2 to 3-month period. Depressive symptoms declined over the assessment period, but we did not find any significant associations with attitudes or engagement.
