Abstract

We examined the relative predictive abilities of RWA, SDO, conservatism, previous contact quality, and previous contact quality in transgender attitudes and support for transgender civil rights. Previous contact quality (not quantity) most strongly predicted (positively) both criterion variables. RWA and conservatism predicted (negatively) both criterion variables. Implications are discussed.
