Abstract

This study tested whether incongruent reactivity in alpha-band EEG asymmetry to positive and negative mood elicitors differentiates between depression and anxiety. Task-incongruent change in right frontotemporal asymmetry predicted depression and anxiety, but did not differentiate them.
