Abstract
Follower fun is an important aspect of employee behavior that has been overlooked thus far in the leadership literature. This research examines follower fun and found positive relationships between fun and follower satisfaction, time for creativity, self-efficacy and leader willingness to exert effort on behalf of the follower.
