Abstract

Due to the pandemic, an increased use of videoconferencing platforms has taken place. This study examined whether increased time spent on videoconferencing platforms would lead to an increase in feelings of anxiety and depression. Results revealed that videoconferencing hours were significantly related to perceived stress, though not anxiety or depression.
