Abstract
This study scanned the brains of forty-nine college students to examine attentional control, sleep quality, and functional connectivity within the default mode network. The results demonstrated that individuals with sleep problem and reduced interhemispheric functional connectivity in the posterior cingulate cortex showed poor attentional control.
