Abstract

Reported social, communication, and cognitive development (SCG) decreased as maternal age and household income increased for term infants. However, when examining site differences, gestational age (GA) and SCG moderators were no longer significant. Findings suggest site is a multifaceted construct moderating the GA/SCG relationship beyond maternal age and household income.
