Reducing Implicit Racial Bias with Counter Stereotypic Cognitive Association Training

This study aims to systematically reduce individuals’ unwanted implicit racial bias. Recruited from educational events covering implicit racial bias, interested participants will complete explicit and implicit bias measures before and after a long-term, intensive counter stereotypic cognitive association training designed to increase positive associations with African Americans.
