Abstract
The proposed study will examine the mechanisms through which self-compassion impacts the performance of positive workplace behaviors and the admittance of mistakes. Positive affect is predicted to mediate the self-compassion and positive workplace behaviors relationship, whereas reduced shame is expected to mediate the self-compassion and admittance of mistakes relationship.
