Effects of Self Stigma of Seeking Help on Judgements of Using Indirect Methods of Soliciting Advice in Different Contexts

Abstract
Participants higher in Self-Stigma of Seeking Help were more likely to approve of another person using indirect methods to solicit advice with respect to mental health issues than with respect to work or relationship issues. However, they were more likely to use indirect methods for soliciting advice regardless of context.
