The Effects of Mindfulness Interventions on Math Anxiety in Undergraduate Students

Abstract
Little research has explored mindfulness practice on math anxiety (MA). This study explored that relationship across three-weeks. A repeated measures MANOVA showed no significant differences in MA between the groups. However trends in the data suggest that with some study modifications, mindfulness may have utility with highly MA individuals.
