Abstract

The proposed research aims to closely examine the incompetent to be executed capital cases listed in the Killing the Obvilivious database (Blume et al., 2014). Relationships among death row inmates' case history, demographic information, mental health issues, adjunctive competencies, and competency for execution claim will be systematically analyzed and discussed.
