Abstract
Five categories of sexual harassment were assessed in a business or college setting. More explicit sexual harassment behaviors (e.g., sexual exploitation) were perceived as more severe compared to less explicit behaviors (e.g., gender based harassment). These behaviors were viewed the same, whether they occurred in a business or college setting.
