Exploring the Prevalence of Nomophobia Among Middle and High School Students in the U.S.

Abstract
With nomophobia, or no-mobile-phone phobia, being linked to personal, social, academic, psychological, and familial issues, this modern phobia merits investigation within the adolescent population whom approximately 95% of have access to a smartphone. The purpose of this study is to explore the prevalence of nomophobia within middle and high schoolers.
