Abstract

This longitudinal study measured perceived stress and quality of life in a cross-sectional sample of adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thirty participants completed surveys at one, two, and three month time points. Results indicated a significant decrease in quality of life after one month and no change in perceived stress.
