Evaluating the Relationship between Cannabis Use and the Development of Borderline Personality Disorder

Data from the National Epidemiological Survey of Alcoholism and Related Conditions (NESARC) were used to assess the relationships between cannabis use and the development and severity of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). There was a significant association between cannabis use disorder and BPD, and between cannabis abuse severity and BPD severity.
