Abstract
Cross-lagged analysis between two waves of COVID-19 pandemic data were as follows: Time 1 loneliness predicted increased stress, COVID-related PTSD symptoms, psychological problem days, worried and sad/depressed days, and decreased sleep quality; Time 1 perceived social support related to decreased loneliness; a bi-directional effect was found between loneliness and depression.
