Abstract

Two cohorts (2018, 2019) of first-year students completed intra/interpersonal measures expected to predict academic success. Retention, assessed in Fall 2020, was predicted by college GPA and Perceived Cohesion. In turn, perceived cohesion was predicted by Social Support, Grit, Psychological Capital, gender, and high school GPA.
