Coping Mechanisms for Reduced Stress and Increased Well-Being during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Results from this study highlight several coping mechanisms that are associated with reduced stress and increase well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic. We find that being mindful, maintaining structure, and feeling grateful for one’s situation relative to others’ may be of particular importance in managing stress during this time.

Stress
