Job Hours and Routines on College Students’ Grade Point Average

Routines provide individuals with a sense of stability and predictability. Developing and maintaining routines may be challenging for undergraduate students managing new responsibilities such as employment. Consequently, difficulties maintaining routines may lead to lower academic achievement. This study examined the interaction between college students’ routines and job hours on GPA.
