Abstract

College students demonstrate reduced participation in health behaviors such as sleep and physical activity that may affect cognitive processes like prospective memory. Results indicate that higher levels of physical activity strengthens the positive relationship between sleep quality and prospective memory. These findings have implications for students' effective day-to-day functioning.
