Examining Grandiose and Vulnerable Narcissism with Functions of Aggression: The Role of Parenting

Grandiose and vulnerable narcissism has previously shown mixed associations with proactive and reactive aggression. This study investigated whether differences in parenting such as levels of control and nurturance contributed to this ambiguity. After conducting eight separate regression analyses, parenting was not found to interact with narcissism to produce aggression.
