Abstract
During the pandemic, college students working from home were found to experience a noisier work environment and decreases in perceived performance. In line with Eysenck’s arousal theory, we found that introverts with higher noise sensitivity reported significant decreases in performance, while extroverts experienced a slight increase in performance.
