What Makes Teams Work? Examining Collective Efficacy’s Impact on Team Processes and Team Effectiveness

Abstract
We examined the impact of collective efficacy on team effectiveness and investigated team processes as a novel mediator. Using time-lagged survey methodology, we gathered data from 160 project teams. We found collective efficacy was positively related to team effectiveness, and team processes mediated this relation.
