Abstract
This case study conducted semi-structured interviews to understand the experiences of international master’s students, staff, and faculty in a university language program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The finding suggested that students, as well as faculty and staff, encountered new challenges in adapting to the new form of instruction and learning.
